Controls
WASD / Arrows to move
Mouse to aim / Left Click to shoot
Hold Right Click to lock on with missiles - release to shoot

- Fixed secondary fire missiles sometimes exploding multiple times

- fixed spawn manager halting before spawning boss
- changed targeting reticle color for better visibility
- added fullscreen toggle and removed integer scaling - this should allow the game window to scale to smaller vertical resolutions
- changed pause key to enter, to avoid conflicts with fullscreen controls

- Implemented Kill Streak mechanic and UI
- Secondary Weapon charges are now based on kills

- Added Intro tutorial page and Game Over summary with stats
- Added an animation of parts falling off when you get hit
- Added Healing animation
- Reworked state logic under the hood to State Chart model, which helps with concurrent states

- Reworked Camera system and expanded level to allow a bit more room to maneuver
- Reworked movement system - added subtle acceleration/ deceleration and fixed player spinning when changing directions
- Added missile lock charge attack
- Converted all GPU effects to CPU based effects, which should fix shader compilation stutter
- Rebalanced weapon types
